Active Directory, not able to find objects made in the cloud / portal?
Hi Vegard1985
The current AD connector only works with on-prem Windows AD. It doesn't support to connect to Azure AD, so it couldn't lead you to see the groups and guest users that are added to Azure AD through Azure Portal.
There is an idea about adding Azure AD connector to Power BI. You could vote for it: Microsoft Idea · Azure Active Directory (powerbi.com)
Some users query Azure AD data through Microsoft Graph API. You could refer to these threads and documents:
Get Data - Active Directory - Microsoft Power BI Community
How to show data from Azure active directory in Power BI report - Microsoft Power BI Community
Overview of Microsoft Graph - Microsoft Graph | Microsoft Docs
