If you have Pro account you could try to open a support ticket. If you have a Pro account it is free. Go to https://support.powerbi.com. Scroll down and click "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET".
I got same issue and I cannot create a ticket because I am apparrently not a pro user....I guess the power bi license does not recognizze that I have pro license, yet on my microsoft 365 account I have both licenses the free version and the Pro version,
The free version I created it myself but the pro license was bought and assigned to me by the organization I work for
