Action button with Mailto link

I want to use a specific image and use it as an action button with mailto link. I know you can use a table and add the email address as url but I need to use a specific image, not the mail icon. 

Is there any way to do this?  the goal is to get feedback from dashboard users through email. Microsoft form is not an option due to security protocols.

lbendlin, I am trying exactly what you are suggesting and it isnt working. Any ideas?  If I apply the mailto as a link to text it works fine, but once I put it on a button it fails.
