Action Page + Tooltip in a single icon

Hi Power Bi Community,

 

Is it possible to combine a tooltip with page navigation in a single icon or button?

 

I made it a tooltip with a transparent card, but I don't know how to make page navigation on that icon.

@Anonymous , You can create a tooltip page. But as you can not click on it, I doubt having a page navigation button /icon on tooltip will help

@Anonymous That is not quite possible to create a clickable tooltip.
