Action Button not working in Desktop or Service

I created an Action Button that should take the user to another page in the report, but doesn't.  In Desktop Ctrl+Click doesn't work, and in Service, the button is not clickable.  In Desktop, it tells me to control click, but nothing happens.

What could I have done incorrectly?

I solved this...I needed to use the Button Style Text and not Titel Text!
