Please could someone help me to elaborate the table to calculate the accumulated, I have no idea how I could do it or how to approach it   My Data   I want to make this table or graph   ...

    Count Tickets SLA Breached = CALCULATE(COUNTROWS('Table'),'Table'[Resolved Date]>Min(Dates[Date]),'Table'[Created Date]<Max(Dates[Date])-25)

    See attached. This also works on day level granularity.

Excellent solution, another question how can i show the ID for each month?

Slicer Month: Selected Mar-21

Result Table:

Id      Created
id01    10/01/21
id02    11/02/21

Those data points do not depend on the slicer. Create a separate table visual that has only Id and Created columns.
