Accessing Sources on Sharepoint

Hi team, 

what is going on with this?

 

 

And if I try the same source through "recent sources

 

 

I can log in into my power bi account and upload reports but with the same credentials Power Bi is not able to access the source on share point.

 

Are there any issues with sharepoint access?

    Hi Anonymous ,

     

    I have made some implementation on sharepoint folders on my company, we have single sign on on the computer and office 365 tools (PBI and sharepoint) with mandatory change of password after 90 days.

     

    Everything is working correctly on PBI desktop until the day we change the credentials, on that day Desktop give the same error you show.

     

    Go to:

    • File
    • Options and Settings
    • Data source settings
    • Select your sharepoint folder
    • Edit credentials
    • Do the login with the new password.

    Should work.
