Accessing Cloud database through Odata - access forbidden

I am trying to connect to a remote Mendix database which uses Odata. This worked fine for the test version of the database, however, in the production version of the database, additional credentials ...

I think your issue may related to this, maybe double security check has blocked the request of power bi.
Some of these type data sources has their connectors to work through their particular security check.

 

I'd like to suggest you to contact to mendix support to consider about this requirement or submit a ticket contact to power bi team for further support.

I think the solution is for the connector to accept the installed certificates on the computer (but it doesn't). I'll raise an issue at PBI support to see if they have this knowledge.
