Absolute referencing - Fixed value in a measure.

Hi,

I wish to have a value fixed in the measure called "measure 3". The measure 3 calculation is given in formula bar in the screenshot 1 and below as well. The user right now is comparing season spring 2021 with spring 2022. The value that I would to have fixed is $14.37, which is the overall price in spring 2021 season.

Measure 3 = 'FACT Final data'[Price/Unit] - 14.37 (the value to fixed or not to be changed in the calculation)
Right now the user is comparing season spring 2021 with spring 2022 and $14.37 is the spring 2021 value. This value to be fixed can be seen as the base price from which the price/unit ( in column 1 in the table from the left) would be subtracted. In the screenshot, you can see a sample result that is required in measure 3. For "denim long bottoms" category, meausre 3 is subtracting $10.09 - $14.37 = -4.38. For "Non-denim long bottoms" category, its calculating $17.29 - $14.37 = 2.92 and so on.

I want this $14.37 value to fixed in THIS calculation but the user can compare any season given in the slicers. For example, the user can compare fall 2021 with fall 2022. So, the value to be fixed in this comparison will be $17.78 (fall 2021 overall price) and that can be seen in the screenshot 2 on the right. And, a sample result for measure 3 of this fall season comparison is also given in the table (screenshot 2 on the right). So, this fixed value should also be dynamic to the season chosen in the "season" slicer but fixed in the caculation for all the categories. It's like FIXED LOD expression in tableau but also dynamic to the season chosen in the "season" slicer.

Appreciate any help in this regard. Also, happy to provide more clarification to anyone if needed.
