The user comunicandosalud.com during the month of May has been deducted several payments, and the plan of 9.99 and today another purchase was made. In addition, it is not letting the export do. Please review the account and take into account the additional payments for the next few months.

It seems this is an issue associated with the user's Power BI pro Licence fee of 9.99 for it's users (may be trial got over and fee was issued) - we can't know for sure. 
The user's problem of not being able to export... could be associated to the workspace settings and other things like activating the option from the Power BI Desktop options etc. 

I think the user posted here for help but this needs to be transferred to Power BI Account support group.
