Ability to access Work Hours from Project for the Web

Hi All,

I was hoping to get some guidance in terms of Project for the Web. I have a requirement to create a capacity vs demand report for Project for the Web task assignments. I am able to get the demand from the effort field, however am struggling on capacity. I was hoping to connect to the data from the resource's work hours calander:

This would let me see day-by-day how many hours a resource is available (e.g., some work part time, full time, certain days...) and compare it to how many hours of effort they've been assigned to tasks per week. However I haven't been able to find which back-end table this data is stored in, if it's even accessible?

I've tried the bookale resource, calendar and work template tables so far but no luck.

HI @Chantine ,

You can download the template here:
Connect to Project Online with Power BI - Power BI | Microsoft Learn

If you can re-configure the data from that in Power Query editor you will be set.  The issue is that the information provided to you in Project for Web is very minimal.  Also, I believe that as of now (or very soon) this product is "gone" and you have to use Planner.
