AVG Days between 2 DateTime Fields Excluding Holidays (keep weekends)

I have a Table with 2 DateTime fields ('Table'[SubDateTime1] and 'Table'[SubDateTime2]). I'm trying to calculate the average number of days between these two dates by counting the number of hours between them then dividing that number by 24 (do not want to use an 8 hour workday as we work all hours of the day) and filter out any holidays. I have a Holiday table with a static list of observed holiday dates. Is this possible?
