I haven't used the ARCGIS in sometime but I'm pretty sure that the no pro add layers that could be used on the map. Those features are no longer available? Does anyone else have this issue? ARCGIS.JPG

Below is what it should look like when in focus mode but now all my visuals with ARCGIS Maps no longer have the reference layers options now.

And when I try to signup for plus subscription it does allow you to sign up? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
