API URL and Parameters

Is it possible to set the ?_limit=1500 amount via a Parameter?  Want to have a parameter that I can type in 1500 and have it apply to all my API connections.  Thanks!

Json.Document(Web.Contents("https://acme.demo.com/api/v1/" & "organizationpeople.json" & "?_limit=1500",

@DPCCGF I have no way to figure it out, you have to check what URL it is creating and if you use that in the browser, do you get what you need? I have no idea about the API provider etc.

The syntax you are giving me is not setting the limit.  The limit is setting to the default of 100.  This is what I have:

= Json.Document(Web.Contents("https://acme.demo.com/api/v1/" & "sessionrecords.json" & "?_limit=&ParameterLimit" & "_offset=10000", [Timeout=#duration(0, 0, 45, 0), Headers=[#"Content-Type"="application\json", Authorization="Token XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX"]]))

Never mind, figured it out.  Thank you!

Having an issue, what do I have wrong?  Parameter is a Text Parameter with 50000

Json.Document(Web.Contents("https://acme.lcvista.com/api/v1/" & "periods.json" & "?_limit="&Limit", [Headers=[#"Content-Type"="application/json", Authorization="Token XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX"]]))

@DPCCGF if parameter type is number then do this:

= Json.Document(Web.Contents("https://acme.demo.com/api/v1/" & "organizationpeople.json" & "?_limit="& Number.ToText(ParameterLimit)))

@DPCCGF assuming parameter is called ParameterLimit with the type text:

= Json.Document(Web.Contents("https://acme.demo.com/api/v1/" & "organizationpeople.json" & "?_limit="& ParameterLimit))

Can you provide the syntax?  I am just getting errors.  So something I am doing is wrong!

@DPCCGF Yes you can, create a parameter in PQ and use that parameter instead of a fixed value of 1500. Anyhowtime you will change the parameter value this will change the connection.
