A tooltip like hover on a card visual?

So I have a card visual showing a value, is there a way to create like a tooltip style so when the user hover's over the number it would show a breakdown of what makes up that number.  So i've got...

But then how would I utilise this on a card visual? There's no tooltip option unless i'm missing it?

    DarylRob , In latest version of power bi, I am able add a tooltip pahe using general-> tooltip

    so true. There is no tooltip for card visuals.
