A bug with filtering and count
there are some bug for "count" in the tabel visual, see screenshot in the filter, we can see there are 1159 records (which is correct), but when count Order ID in the visual, it only show 8...

Kindly check whether you ahve selected Count or Count Distinct, if the selection is Count Distinct then the number will be less than what it is showing in date filter.
You can right click on the measure and check this.
