there are some bug for "count" in the tabel visual, see screenshot
in the filter, we can see there are 1159 records (which is correct), but when count Order ID in the visual, it only show 899.
I confirm that every row has a Order ID

You can check if the fields that have a join relationship with [Order ID] are selected in other visuals, which will also affect the [Order ID] Count.
When [Group] is not selected:

If you want to be unaffected between the two Viszars, you can click on Format – Edith Interlactions.

Kindly check whether you ahve selected Count or Count Distinct, if the selection is Count Distinct then the number will be less than what it is showing in date filter.
You can right click on the measure and check this.
