64 bit not run

Hi,

when i launch power 64 bit desktop on win10 64bit system (ms surface), appears the logo, but after 10" the program didnt start and close the starting procedure, why?

Someone have had the same problem?

A technician sayd me, that the only things to do is to reinstall win10, but i dont want to believe him!!!

Please hel me!!!

    Can you share us some detail information about your issue? (e.g. power bi desktop version, info about your surface(version, system, hardware...), operation steps, screenshots...)

      Hi AnonymousXiaoxin_Sheng,

      my power bi 64 bit Desktop is the latest version that you can download from internet, my surface is I5-6300U @2,4Ghz core based, with 8Gb Ram and Win10 pro 64 bit.

      I downloaded and installed power bi desktop 64 bit and then i launched, the launch started and after few second disappear the icon on the bar, without open the program and show any message....

      Now i reinstalled 32bit version that running well, but i can use "directly" the Oracle and As400 64 bit Odbc (temporaly i used a temporary table linked in SQL server).
