Hi,
I am having a problem with my Odata. I cannot connect my Odata from the commcare to Power BI. It is showing an internal server error. I don't know what is the problem. I ask Commcare about this they told me that the problem is not from Commcare but from the power bi itself. Can You help me solve this problem? I have been stuck with this problem for more than 2 months. And have not found any solution for this error. For your reference, I have also pasted the error message. If you further want to research the OData as well I am available to share.
AFAIK, this error means only these 2 things, either the credentials are not correct or there is no internet connection.
Please check both and let me know.
Thank you for your reply. I think the credential is OK because as per the global permission I have other Odata as well which is uprunning and is updated without any error. As per the internet connection, it is ON and it is running, I even shared the Odata with my teams as well to see if I am only facing the problem, but the problem was with everyone. Could you please help me on this, if you want I can share the Odata with you as well
@atish_shakya - Have you fixed this issue ? If Yes, please provide us the solution.
Sure, that would be helpful. Thanks.
