Hey Budd,

As far as I am aware there are not STD 3D visuals in Power BI but, you might want to try SandDance custom visual.

For awareness only, PBI Report Builder do have the ability to show 3D Charts.

Please let me know if it meets your requirements.

You could try SandDance 2019 custom visual in power bi, it was updated last month.
