3 color scale background report builder

Hi,

 

I am trying to apply to a column of my matrix in my paginated report a 3 color scale background you can use in Excel.

However I have no idea how it could be done as I would also like to have gradient colors instead of the classic iif

 

Anyone has a clue ?
