Looking to get some insights on how to produce a visual that would allow for a 3 axis chart.
call volumes (handled, abandoned, blocked): stacked primary axis
Abandoned rate: % on a secondary axis
Average handle time: in Seconds on third axis
Looking for end product to be like this with the % formatting on the second axis. https://imgur.com/VlLBhSP
I found xViz visuals that will allow me to do it on powerBI desktop but I would need to publish it and the I find it expensive as I would not use any of the other features.
Hi @Anonymous ,
It is not supported to show 3 axis in chart for now. We just can use 2 ones in a combo chart.
To make Power BI better, you could submit an idea and vote it up to get the feature implemented as soon as possible.

Hi @Anonymous ,
Have you tried the Combo Chart in Power BI? See the link below:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/visuals/power-bi-visualization-combo-chart
Thanks,
Pragati
Yes I have but the combo chart can only do 2 Y axis. I need 3. The 3 set of data are all in different unit so I cannot represent it in 2 Y axis only. Look at the image I posted, There's 3 Y axis.
Hi @Anonymous ,
Have you created an idea? If yes, you could share the link here. Others who have the same requirement will find it eaisly and vote it up as well.
@Anonymous , Oh I see there 2 y2- Axis. I doubt that is possible.
Please check if there some custom visual that does that

Hi @Anonymous ,
Did you check the link I shared in my earlier response?
If you scroll down, there is way you can create a 3-axis chart. Just check that once.
Thanks,
Pragati
I scrolled down in the article you posted
(https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/visuals/power-bi-visualization-combo-chart)
but didn't see anything about a 3-axis chart. Can you point me to it more specifically?
