24 hour time format when filtering

Hi!

When I try to use a filter in PowerBI it's set to a 12hour time format with AM and PM:

However I live in a country where a 24hour time format is standard and handling the AM and PM switch is both bothersome and unwieldy. 

Is there any way to change this to a 24 hour format?
