2 users can't open Power BI (different workbooks)

Do you know why 2 users cannot open power bi books at the same time (not the same book) different books. At my work we have power BI installed on a remote server. To work in the BI we must take turns and wait for the other user to close the BI.

@GenZam1988 , On a remote machine it depends on how it was installed. Make sure it installed for all users and users have different logins
