Of course, a dataset can have date sources from local and cloud. When there is a mixed data source, you need to check whether this setting of the gateway is turned on in pbi service >>manage gateways. And data sources on the cloud need to enter credentials.

The sql data source can't be uploaded to the cloud, and If your computers and accounts are not under the same organization and domain,it will be hard to do. Do you share an account?
If the organization is not involved, the gateway can be installed in client. It is refreshed by him, Refresh by himself, but you need to help him configure it. And you need to upload a sql data source pbix on his computer, and then connect to the pbi dataset on your own desktop, and create the report yourself, then upload it to the service, and finally use the same data source.

J’installe d'abord la passerelle chez le client et j'utilise mon compte Power Bi lors de l'installation de la passerelle sur son serveur.
je vous explique pourquoi je souhaite faire cela :
- c'est parce que je veux prendre la source de données SQL chez le client,
- l'importer dans mon studio management,
- créer le fichier Power BI sur mon ordinateur et faire tous les développements nécessaires avec power query et les visuels
- Publier le fichier à partir de mon ordinateur dans mon compte Power BI services
- Planifier l'actualisation en indiquant la passerelle que j'ai installé sur le serveur du client avec mon compte power bi services
- et enfin partager uniquement le rapport avec le client
je sais pas si vous me comprenez dans ma démarche et si ce que je dis est logique,

Can you tell me which data source type do you really want to use? Different data sources are handled differently.
First, you should know that the gateway needs to be installed in a suitable environment and kept in open in order to refresh the data. So whether you can refresh the report when you publish it is a problem.
I don't understand your approach, but if you do, please tell me where is your trouble?

Je vous explique: je fais des tableaux de bord pour mes clients.
Pour exemple: j'ai un client qui a une source SQL. je veux faire une copie de sa source et travailler chez moi sur mon ordinateur, pulblier le fichier PBIX à partir de mon ordinateur et planifier l'actualisation du jeu de données avec son serveur.
Comment faire s'il vous plait.
