2 dimension table convert

Dear Guru：Need your help to convert a 2-dimension table to 1-dimension table, for details,please take a look at attached file.&nbsp;from Column A to Column F, Each row represents a part.&nbsp; From Column G to last column represent test result. every five column is a group of test. which includes test value, Low Limit, High Limit, Critiria and test result.&nbsp;&nbsp;Expected format:thanks for the help.--Tonny&nbsp;

Here are the steps you can follow：
1. Select &nbsp;[Unld SPD1 outPut Motor Speed [RPM]], [Unld SPD1 outPut Motor Speed] , [Unld SPD1 outPut Motor Speed H.Lmt].
Transform – Unpviot Columns.
