2 constant lines in graph with 2 Y axes

Hello everyone. I have a graph in which 2 Y axes are displayed, I have added a constant line on the main Y axis, but I need to add a 2nd constant line with reference to the values of the secondary Y axis, is this possible? Greetings and thank you very much in advance.
