13 * 13 table

I need to create a 13 * 13 table, but the difficult part is each cell, would have a different calculation. Any idea how can i get it or any other workaround. Background, it basically depicts the waterfall number (not chart), it will be for 13 weeks. So i will measure 2 metrics for 13 weeks. Thanks !!
