Hi all, I want to get the average from a year (Jan to Dec) a 12 month period for set years 2021, 2022 etc. All i can find is rolling averages. Any help gratefully received. Im sure this is a simple request but cant figure it out!

@Anonymous , You can have measure like, , assume you have date and date table
YTD Sales = CALCULATE(AvergaeX(Values('Date'[Month Year]), CALCULATE(SUM(Sales[Sales Amount]))),DATESYTD('Date'[Date],"12/31"))

To get the best of the time intelligence function. Make sure you have a date calendar and it has been marked as the date in model view. Also, join it with the date column of your fact/s. Refer :radacad sqlbi My Video Series Appreciate your Kudos.
