1 to 5 score card

I need assistance in creating a measure for a 1- 5 score card based on values calculated below:

Ave Defects Identified in HE = AVERAGE('Internal Audit Line Inspection'[% of defects detected at HE])

Score card =
IF (
[Ave Defects Identified in HE] >=90, 5,
IF ([Ave Defects Identified in HE] >=80 && IF ([Ave Defects Identified in HE] <=89, 4,
IF ([Ave Defects Identified in HE] >=70 && IF ([Ave Defects Identified in HE] <=79, 3,
IF ([Ave Defects Identified in HE] >=60 && IF ([Ave Defects Identified in HE] <=69, 2,
IF ([Ave Defects Identified in HE] <=60, 1,
)

I'm getting an error as below:

Too many arguments were passed to the IF function. The maximum argument count for the function is 3.

any suggestions as clearly I'm not doing something right.

try below:

Score card = IF ( [Ave Defects Identified in HE] >=90, 5, IF ([Ave Defects Identified in HE] >=80 , 4, IF ([Ave Defects Identified in HE] >=70, 3, IF ([Ave Defects Identified in HE] >=60 ,2,  1 ))))
