1 slicer for data from 2 semantic models

Could anyone please help me to find a possible decision?

I have power bi desktop file, where data got from 2 different semantic models (direct query connection). I need to make a quarter slicer, which would be to filter data from both first and second semantic models together.

I’ve already tried to create relationships from my Calendar table to each table of SM1 and SM 2. But data is not filtered correctly.

Is there any ability to combine the filtering of data from two SMs into one slicer?

Create a dimension table with your quarters or dates (whatever the granularity level is) and use it to control both the semantic models.
