Enable 'Allow use of fast copy connectors'

Would like to enable the Scale option for Dataflows as pictured in a recent training session I attended as per below screenshot.

This isn't available in the settings in our tennant though. How do we enable this?

Where exactly did you see this? Is there a link to the training that is publicly available?

It was is in one of the presentations for the current PowerBI/Fabric summit (hosted by Radacad).
