Teradata - Planned Refresh

Dear All 

I created a gateway and integrate my teradata tables on a Dataflow 

I tried to plan the refresh every morning but in fact, It doesn't work I need to be on line connected to teradata to be able to refresh my dataflow 

Is there a way to plan the refresh without having to be online with teradata servers?

I need to be on line connected to teradata

Did you maybe create a Personal Gateway on your PC rather than an Enterprise Gateway on a VM that runs 24x7 ?
