New licensing to use Gen2 dataflows?

We're fortunate enough to have Power BI Premium in my organization and when Microsoft Fabric became available earlier this year, we seemed to have access to most of the workloads. Today, as I worked through the Data Activator learning path on Microsoft Learn, I was surprised to see that I don't have access and was prompted to sign up. I did a little digging and found the link below. To me, it looks like all Fabric workloads are moving to a different license (Power BI Premium per capacity). Now I'm wondering if that means I'll eventually lose access to the Fabric workloads I've started using (specifically Gen 2 dataflows). Anyone out there know whether all Fabric workloads will be pulled from the Power BI Premium License?

You can learn more about Fabric Licensing from the link below:

So is the current Power BI Premium capacity license flipping to Power BI Premium with Fabric? Your link doesn't show the current Power BI Premium capacity--whereas the one I shared shows both:

I see what's happened here--and it's my bad for not seeing Premium Per User vs. what appears to be the original Premium now renamed to Premium Per Capactiy that includes Fabric. So I think we're good licensing wise. What I don't understand then is why Data Activator was telling me I needed additional licensing...but maybe that's another question here.
