Incremental refresh in dataflow gen2 fails

I am using the above settings for an incremental refresh (date datatype column).

It fails with the following:

What's wrong? I am using an EXISTING table to increment on. I have checked that the columns are the same. Data Source Type column does not exist in my table.

If you haven't yet, create a ticket,  We see lots of DF failures at the moment.
