Dataflow refresh button is greyed out/inactivated

My client sent me this print. Why can't he press the button? He told me that even if he creates a Dataflow with his own account it still happens.

Please confirm the permission issue with your customer.

 

Under normal circumstances, if the permissions are correct, such problems will not occur.

 

Here are some directions to check:

 

Permissions: Make sure your client has the necessary permissions to access settings. They may need to be an administrator or have a higher-level role in the workspace.

 

Role Assignments: Verify the roles assigned to your client. Some roles may have restricted access to certain features, including settings.

 

Workspace Settings: Check if there are any specific settings or policies in the workspace that may limit access to settings options.
