Dataflow appears to be corrupt and cannot even access it or edit it

I cannot get into the dataflow and it appears to be corrupt shortly after hitting Publish from the

    Could you share more information on how we could repro the issue? if needed, we recommend reaching out to the support team so you can file a support request and have this looked at by an engineer.

    Thanks, I have a session booked today with the support team. Hopefully, they can solve it. I previously shared the files I was using and the process followed.
