Dataflow Gen 2 destination new column not saving
Hello All,
I have a dataflow gen 2 that is taking azure SQL server data and populating into a fabric data warehouse. After this had been running for a few days I needed to add columns to the data warehouse and updated the flow. After updating the data warehouse I went to the flow and updated the destination by clicking the gear icon and going to the final screen for the mapping and the new columns are visable but when after I assigned the columns and click save it does not save. After saving if I open the destination again using the gear teh mapping is blank again. If I map the new fields and publish the new fields are not populated after run and if I open the flow and check the destination the mappings have been removed. How do I get the updated mapping to save?

I am not sure if I can reproduce the situation again. After makign the post I thought of one option I did not try which was to click the "x" to remove the data destination and then add the data destination again and this worked. It isn't the cleanest way to but it did work.

This scenario is supposed to work and your changes should be saved. I am not able to repro the bahviour you are reporting. Can you please open a support ticket, so we can take a closer look?
