DataFlow Gen2 ADLS Table to Lakehouse Error

I am relatively now to Data Factory.  I've got my ADLS Table prepared the way I need and I go to publish.  No problem.  I then get a little alert and nothing shows up in my Lakehouse. Here is the error:
