I am trying to copy data from Sharepoint into a Lakehouse in Fabric using a registered app in azure.currently facing an unexpected error.

Here are my personal thoughts on your question:
1. First of all for the warning that appears on your picture, I think you can try to re-enter your information all over again.
2. You can also refer to the official documentation of SharePoint Online list to notice some unnoticed details:
Power Query SharePoint Online list connector - Power Query | Microsoft Learn
3. In addition to the SharePoint Online list, you can also connect to a SharePoint folder.
