Activity logs in Power query editor

Hi Team,

I created a dataflow and done some transformations and i know all the M code will appear in advance query editor.

so here my question is, if i change one transformation after 2 days, is there any activity logs that particular transformation happend on particular day and some tramsformations happend on a particular date like that, can i get that info at any where in fabric, can some body will look into it and help to get out of this.
