401 Error (Unauthorized)

Hi @DennesTorres ,

Can you advise why I'm receiving a 401 error when trying to access Gen2 data flow?  My workspace is of premium capacity and still get this error whenever trying to create this type of data flow.  Whole purpose to use this feature is to connect to an excel data source, but cannot even access - any suggestions or solutions?

Hi,

I think Miguel already provided a good advice about raising a support ticket.

I can say it already happened to me before, it was like a smal hipcup during some days and disappeared.

Kind Regards,

Dennes

Hi @PlasticDataOps ,

Thanks for creating a Support Ticket.

It would be a great help if you can provide the details of the Support Ticket so we can track it for further information.

Thank you.

Hi!

Could you please try creating a different artifact like a Lakehouse or a Data Warehouse and see if you get the same error? is it only when creating a Dataflow Gen2?

I've been able to create a datawarehouse, as well as, a regular data pipeline to copy data - but it doesn't give you the ability to connect to an excel source.  It's just the data flow type Gen2 that gives me this error.

could you please raise a support ticket so an engineer can take a closer look at this issue?
