Semantic Model - edit tables popup window disappear

I am new to fabric semantic models

I have created a semantic model on top of views/tables in a Warehouse.

when trying to modify the model (add tables) by using the edit tables button the pop window disappears immediately

 

What could be the reason?

Are there other ways to add new objects (tables/columns) to a sementic model?

 

The source tables is a mix of warehouse tables and views sourced from a lekhouse - could that be an issue?

It seems that it the Edit Table option is working now! (Australia East)

Same problem, North Central region.  Over a week and no resolution?  Fabric is beginning to look like beta app, not yet ready for GA.

We're facing the same issue. Is there still no solution yet?

 

Since we've changing structures in the tables/views we're dependent on the update function/button on the edit tables popup window.

I am still seeing the issue, it's been two weeks now.

Unfortunately, we are still facing the same issue in Australia East. 

Unable to update or amend the existing semantic model. (Edit window pop-up and disappear)

I am encountering the same problem. I've observed that the capacity is located in East US, while the data is stored in North Central US (Illinois).

Not sure if the Stored In location has always been North Central US (Illinois)?

Same issue here, no 'Edit tables' button exists when editing Fabric Semantic model. 

Is there a solution for this yet? We can't add new tables from the lakehouse to semantic model.

Yesterday, pop up window immediately closing.

Today stuck on the edit tables screen saying "Fethcing schema".

I have the same issue . Its there since day yesterday. Yesterday, the edit tables pop up window was immediately closing itself and today is stuck on the edit tables screen saying "Fethcing schema". Please let me know if this is a known issue at this time and if so is there an estimated fix timeline.

I tested it and unfortunately could not reproduce your problem.

 

Can you tell me if the problem still exists now? Can you provide me with your power bi service version information as well as region?
