    Hi NizarELMOKHTARI,

     

    It is unexpected that the issue is still persisting. Have you had a chance to try the steps outlined in both of the links provided? I have tested this with alternative service accounts and confirmed that it is working as expected.

    If the problem remains, I recommend submitting a support ticket to Microsoft. Please include the error message and the Activity ID from your screenshot so they can assist you as quickly as possible.
