Hi NizarELMOKHTARI,
Are you using My SQL Source as a source or destination? Also, could you confrom you are running Copy Job/Copy Data Acticity?

I'm using MySQL Source as a source of my data, via an on-premises gateway, and yes the copy job activity fails before loading the data :

On the 1st option have you used the below option please conform?
In the second step it's asking for the server and db name and it will create connection automatically.

For me it's working as expected and I can see my on-prem table also from the My SQL server.

  I do exactly the same steps, but the data keep loading and returns the intergration run time error as mentionned above

    Thanks for the conformation as you are doing same steps. It seems issues with your gateway verison or any hardware configuration issue. Can you please see below documentation if it help anyway.
