Getting Access Denied Error in Fabric WH (The owner of WH left organization)

Hi all , 

One of my collegue left the organization , he created one Fabric WH . Now when we try any query in WH showing error access denied . How should we resolve this .

but there solution is saying relicens that person's account . apart from this can we do anything without depend on his account and can we change owner to other person . 

 

Anyone help me on this, Thanks in advance .
