ERROR MIRRORING IN FABRIC - AZURE SQL DATA BASE
Hello Fabric Community,
I am currently facing an issue while attempting to create a mirrored Azure SQL database in Fabric. I have successfully created a managed identity in Azure, named sqlmanagedidentity, and assigned it owner permissions on a database called replica in Azure SQL.
However, when I try to finalize the mirroring process in Fabric, I encounter the following error message:
Error: PowerBI user with prefix XXXX not found
Here is a screenshot of the error:
Also I attached the configuration & permissions of managed identity
Any help will be appreciated, looks like i'm stuck in the last step.
Thnks in advance
Hi,
I solved the problem, moving the azure database to the same zone of our PowerBI teenat.
We had the database in the same teenat but diferent azure zones. PowerBI in NorthEurope and Azure SQL in West Europe.
Moving Azure SQL to North Europe solved the problem
Thnks
