Data Warehouse Metadata Sync Issue

Hi Parthiban006 to make sense what is going on, from an architecture perspective:
Fabric has a central metadata platform with multiple workloads sharing that metadata. Hence there is no guarantee that UI reflects changes in real time.
I typically escalate to Microsoft when:
- Views never appear after multiple days
- UI shows incorrect schema vs query output
- Downstream tools are impacted (not just UI)
Otherwise, we treat this UI sync behaviour as expected "eventual consistency". What we consider the source of truth is the SQL, not the portal.
