Hi @Parthiban006 to make sense what is going on, from an architecture perspective:
Fabric has a central metadata platform with multiple workloads sharing that metadata. Hence there is no guarantee that UI reflects changes in real time.
I typically escalate to Microsoft when:
Otherwise, we treat this UI sync behaviour as expected "eventual consistency". What we consider the source of truth is the SQL, not the portal.

Are you experiencing this in Warehouses, or in Lakehouses?
Lakehouses do have a metadata sync that needs to occur before the SQL Endpoint is updated, which is what the answer @Lodha_Jaydeep linked is talking about.
