Connecting to SQL endpoints

What tools can be used to connect and query SQL Endpoint?  Can I use SSMS?

SQL Endpoint can primarily be used with a TDS endpoint and tools such as SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) or Azure Data Studio (ADS). There is limited user experience provided in the web portal.
